Hipereach runs paid social on TikTok and Meta for its own brands and for brand partners, paid on results.

Work with us

Working with Hipereach as a brand partner

Brand partners are companies that sell their own products or services and hire us to run their paid social on TikTok and Meta. Usually we pay for the media ourselves and charge per result, at a price both sides agree in writing before the first ad goes live.

Which brands are a good fit

Three kinds of company. What makes a good fit is different for each, and so is what we ask you to send before a test.

E-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands

Brands that sell physical products online and ship to every country they want to advertise in. The product page should show the price, the delivery time and the returns policy without sending anyone to the footer to find them.

Margin matters here. Either the first order carries the cost of winning the customer, or we agree up front that the profit comes from repeat orders and price the result with that in mind.

What we ask you for before a test:

  • Product information and brand guidelines
  • The countries you ship to, and your prices in each
  • Order exports from your store backend, with UTM parameters kept, so our numbers can be checked against yours

Apps and subscription businesses

Mobile apps, web apps and subscription services where the trial length, the price after the trial and the way to cancel are visible before anyone pays. If canceling takes more steps than signing up, we will ask you to change that before we advertise.

What we need before launch:

  • A written definition of the event we are paid on, for example a trial start or a first payment
  • Your prices in each market, introductory prices included, so the ads and landing pages match what people are charged
  • Figures from your billing system or app analytics that confirm each counted event, in time for the monthly reconciliation

Service businesses that need qualified leads

You sell a service and need inquiries from people likely to buy it. Most of what decides the result happens after the form is sent. A sales team that calls back the same day, and tells us honestly which leads were worth the call, does more for the cost per qualified lead than most changes we can make in the ads.

What we need from you:

  • Your definition of a qualified lead, agreed before launch
  • The area you serve and the hours your team answers the phone
  • Lead status from your CRM once a week: contacted, qualified, sold or rejected
  • One person on your side who can explain why a lead was rejected

Two ways to work

The first is the default and needs nothing from your ad accounts. The second suits brands that want the campaigns, and the account history, to stay in their own ad account.

Campaigns in our ad accounts

Everything runs in Hipereach's own verified ad accounts, under our TikTok Business Center and our Meta Business Manager. We pay the platforms for the media. You pay us per agreed result: a cost per qualified lead, a cost per sale or a share of revenue, whichever the agreement names.

The ads show your brand, not ours, and they link to your own site or to a page we build and host for you that says plainly whose product it is. Where a platform asks for the advertised business to be identified or verified on the ad account, we set the account up that way, using company details you provide.

Nothing in this setup touches your own advertising accounts. What we need from your side is the record that settles the count, usually an export from your store backend or CRM. When the platform's numbers and yours disagree, the check starts from your records.

Campaigns in your own ad account

Some brands want the campaigns in their own TikTok or Meta ad account, often to keep pixel data and account history in one place. In that case you add us as a partner through TikTok Business Center or Meta Business Manager, or approve our access on the platform's own authorization page, and share only the ad accounts and pixels the work needs. The role we ask for can build and edit campaigns and read results. Admin rights and payment settings stay with you.

Every change we make shows up in your own Ads Manager and in the account's change history as it happens. The platform bills the media to the payment method on your account. Who bears that spend, and how it relates to our per-result fee, is written into the agreement, and the fee itself is invoiced separately.

You can remove our access at any time, without asking us first, from the same place you granted it: your Business Center or Business Manager settings, or the platform's list of authorized apps. The data deletion page explains each route, and what we delete afterward.

How onboarding works

Five steps, always in this order. Work can stop after any of them, and if it does, you get the reason in writing.

  1. Brief

An email with the product, the markets, the result you want to pay for and your target cost. You hear back within two business days.

  2. Review

The product, its claims and the landing page are checked against TikTok and Meta advertising policies. Then we work out whether a campaign can reach your target cost in those markets, or tell you the price at which we think it could.

  3. Agreement

A short written agreement fixes the result, the price, the markets, the budget limits and the reporting. Nothing launches before it is signed.

  4. Test budget

The test runs for an agreed period under a daily spend limit, usually with several creative angles live at once. Every ad group or ad set has its own stop-loss threshold, written down before launch.

  5. Scale or stop

If the cost per result holds, budgets go up by about 20 percent at a time. If it does not, the campaigns stop. Either way you receive the end-of-test review described in the reports table below.

What we need to start

Send what you have. Gaps are normal at the brief stage, and we ask for the rest during the review.

  • A link to the product and to the page you want people to land on, or a note that you want us to build one
  • The countries and languages you want to advertise in
  • The result you would pay for, and the most it is worth to you
  • How you record that result today: store backend, CRM or app analytics
  • Past results on TikTok or Meta, if the product has been advertised before, even if they were poor
  • Brand guidelines, and evidence for any claim you want in the ads
  • One person who can approve creative and answer policy questions
  • For campaigns in our accounts, your company's legal name and registration details, in case a platform asks to verify the advertiser
  • For campaigns in your own account, the ad account ID and an admin who can grant us access

What the agreement covers

It is short, in plain language, and signed by both sides. If a clause reads unclearly to you, say so and we will reword it before anyone signs.

  • The result we are paid for, how it is counted and whose record counts it
  • Price per result or revenue share, and when invoices are issued
  • Markets, platforms and placements
  • How long the test runs, and its daily spend limit
  • Brand rules: approved claims, required wording and who approves creative
  • Where the campaigns run, in our ad accounts or in yours, and who bears the media cost
  • Reporting dates, and how differences in counts are resolved
  • Who owns the ads, videos and landing pages made for the campaigns, and what each side may reuse afterward
  • Data protection: which personal data, if any, passes between us, each side's role under the GDPR and, where we handle personal data on your behalf, the processor terms Article 28 of the GDPR requires
  • Notice periods, and what happens to the ads, the landing pages and our access to your accounts when the work ends

The reports you receive

Dates follow each ad account's own time zone. Results are broken down by campaign, ad group or ad set, ad, placement and country.

There is also an internal review of every campaign each working day. That one stays internal, but the decisions it leads to are listed in the weekly summary.
ReportFrequencyContents
Weekly summaryEvery week, by emailSpend, results and cost per result against the agreed target, with the breakdown above. It also lists the ads added or paused that week and what we plan to change next.
Monthly reconciliationOnce a monthThe month's spend and conversions, matched against your store backend or CRM. Each difference is listed with its cause, and the report ends with the result count the invoice is based on.
End-of-test reviewOnce, when the test period endsEach angle and creative tested, with its spend and cost per result, and a recommendation to scale or stop. A recommendation to stop comes with our reasons, so the test budget at least bought a clear answer.

Industries we run campaigns in

These four categories cover our own brands as well as brand partners. Campaigns run internationally, and every report splits results by country.

E-commerce and direct-to-consumer

Physical products sold online under the brand's own name. These campaigns optimize for purchases, so the checkout has to report them reliably before launch.

Lead generation for services

Quote, call-back and appointment requests for service businesses that can tell a good lead from a poor one and are willing to share which is which.

Apps and subscriptions

Installs, trials and paid plans. The event we are paid on is picked per app, as close to revenue as the app's own data can confirm.

Lifestyle consumer products

Everyday things for the home, hobbies and leisure, mostly sold with short demonstration videos.

What we do not accept

Every brand, product and landing page is reviewed against TikTok and Meta advertising policies before we agree to run it. When something cannot be advertised cleanly, we say so during the review, before any money is spent.

Some problems are easy to fix, like a claim taken out or a privacy notice added to the landing page. Others can't be fixed, and then we decline the work.

The full set of standards is on the approach page.

  • Products or services that TikTok or Meta prohibit, or restrict in the market you want to reach
  • Claims the brand cannot back with evidence, or that would mislead even if each word is technically true
  • Fake testimonials, invented reviews or deceptive pricing, such as a 'was' price that never applied
  • Cloaking, or sending people to a page other than the one submitted for the platform's ad review
  • Landing pages without a clear privacy notice

How to raise a problem

Email hello@hipereach.com with "Brand partnership" and your brand name in the subject line, or reply to your most recent weekly summary. The person who writes that summary is the one who answers, so you won't have to explain the campaign from the beginning.

You get a written reply within two business days; the mailbox is read Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (CET). Anything that affects a live campaign comes first. If you ask us to pause an ad, take out a claim or stop spending in a country, we make that change before we discuss it.

When the problem is about numbers, we pull the platform data for the dates in question, set it against your records and our internal change log, and send you the comparison line by line. If the mistake was ours, the reply says so and says what we changed. A difference that affects what you owe is settled in the monthly reconciliation.

Some problems are about how we work rather than about one campaign. Tell us early and plainly. If it cannot be fixed, either side can end the engagement under the notice terms in the agreement.

Tell us about your product

A few lines will do: what you sell, the countries you have in mind, and a price per result you could live with. If we need more before we can answer, our reply within two business days asks for it.
