How to reach the Hipereach team
There is one address, hello@hipereach.com, and the people who run the campaigns read it. A clear subject line gets your email to the right person first, and the first reply comes within two business days.
What to put in a first email
A few lines are enough to start. Please leave out passwords, ad account logins and customer data. We never need them to assess a brief, and email is the wrong place for them.
We work in English and French. Write in whichever is easier for you and the reply comes in the same language. Attachments are fine, though for large video files a link is easier.
If the product has run ads before, even for a week, say how that went. A rough cost per result and the countries involved tell us more than a pitch deck would.
- Your name and role, and the company you work for, with a link to its website
- The product or service, and the page you would want people to land on
- The countries and languages you have in mind
- Which result you would pay for (a sale, a qualified lead) and a rough idea of its value to you
- Where that result is recorded now, and whether you already run ads on TikTok or Meta
- Anything we should hear early, for example a regulatory limit or a launch date that cannot move

Which subject line to use
Everything goes to hello@hipereach.com. The subject line tells us who should read it first.
| Subject line | Use it for | Useful to include |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign brief | A product or service you want us to advertise on TikTok or Meta | Product link, markets, the result you would pay for, your target cost |
| Brand partnership | Pay-on-results terms, campaigns in your own ad account, or an agreement that is already running | Your brand name and, for a live campaign, its name or the dates concerned |
| Platform inquiry | Questions from TikTok, Meta or another advertising platform about one of our ad accounts, an ad or our business verification | The ad account or Business Center ID and your case reference |
| Privacy request | Getting a copy of your personal data or having it corrected, restricting or objecting to how we use it, receiving it in a portable format, or withdrawing consent (see your rights) | The email address or details we would know you by. We acknowledge within two business days and complete the request within 30 days, at no charge. |
| Data deletion request | Deleting your personal data, taking you out of a custom audience built for one of our own brands, or deleting the data we hold about an ad account after you removed our access | The email address or ad account concerned. The data deletion page explains the process. |
| Any other subject | Anything else, including questions about this website or our terms | Whatever helps us answer in one reply |
What happens after you write
A person reads it
Someone on the team reads your email during business hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (CET). A message sent on a Saturday is read on the next working day, normally Monday morning.
First reply
This comes within two business days. It tells you whether we can take the brief on, or lists what we still need to know before we can decide.
Review
For a campaign brief, we check the product and the landing page against TikTok and Meta advertising policies and work out whether your target cost is realistic in the markets you named.
Agreement and test
If both sides want to go ahead, a short written agreement comes next, then a test budget for an agreed period. The partners page describes each step.
Why there is no contact form
This website sets no cookies and has no analytics, and its pages request nothing from third-party servers, not even fonts. A contact form would change that. Most form tools store submissions with the tool's provider, and some add tracking of their own.
An email reaches the team's mailbox without a form service in between, and you keep a copy of exactly what you sent. The mailbox is stored by our email provider, which handles it on our behalf under a data processing agreement. How we treat the emails we receive, and for how long we keep them, is set out in the privacy policy.
Prefer to read first
The partners page explains how a brief is reviewed and what goes into the written agreement. Shorter questions, about fees or account access for example, are answered in the FAQ.
