2. Hosting
The website is stored and served by a hosting and content delivery provider under contract with Hipereach. Its name and contact details are available on request from hello@hipereach.com.
The host stores and serves the site's files. It also keeps access logs (IP address, browser, page requested and time) for 30 days for security, as described in the Privacy Policy. What the pages say is our responsibility, not the host's.
3. Intellectual property
The text, page layout, logo, background images and code of this website belong to Hipereach, unless stated otherwise. Reproducing or adapting them, in whole or in part, requires prior written permission. Short quotations with a link to the source page are fine. The conditions for using the site are set out in the Terms of Service.
4. Trademarks
The name Hipereach and the H logo are used by Hipereach as its trade name and logo.
The names TikTok, Meta, Facebook and Instagram belong to their respective owners and appear on this site only to identify the advertising platforms we work on. Hipereach is an independent company. It is not sponsored, endorsed or certified by TikTok or Meta and holds no partner status with either.
5. Personal data and cookies
The site sets no cookies and loads nothing from third-party servers: no analytics, no advertising or social media scripts, no web fonts. How we handle personal data, including email correspondence and the hosting provider's access logs, is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

6. Images and typography
The blurred background images were generated in-house for this website. Text is set in the system fonts already installed on your device, so no font files are fetched from other services. You will not find stock photos, icon libraries or other third-party assets on the site.
7. Reporting a problem
If you spot an error, or content you believe infringes your rights, email hello@hipereach.com with the address of the page concerned. We reply within two business days.
Security issues go to the same mailbox. The address is also published at hipereach.com/.well-known/security.txt. Please give us reasonable time to fix a vulnerability before disclosing it, and do not access or change data that is not yours.
