Paid social for our brands and brand partners
Hipereach is an independent performance marketing company. We buy ads on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram for products we sell ourselves (we earn the margin on each sale) and for brand partners who sell their own. With partners, we usually fund the media budget and are paid per agreed result, such as a qualified lead or a sale.
Formats and placements we buy
- TikTok In-Feed Ads
- Spark Ads
- TikTok lead generation
- Facebook Feed
- Instagram Reels
- Stories
- Advantage+ placements
What we do and how we are paid
The work comes in two kinds. Part of it is our own brands: products that Hipereach sells itself, where we pay for every impression and keep or lose the margin ourselves.
The rest is campaigns for brand partners, meaning companies with a product or service of their own: an online store, a subscription app, a firm that needs qualified leads. They hire us to find customers for them on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
In most partner deals the media budget is ours, and we are paid on an outcome agreed in writing before launch: a price per qualified lead, a price per sale, or a share of revenue. There are no retainers and no hourly fees. When a campaign we funded produces nothing, the loss is ours.
Both kinds normally run from ad accounts we own, held in our TikTok Business Center and Meta Business Manager. A partner can ask for its own ad account instead; how that works is explained further down this page.
The people who buy the media read the numbers themselves, every working day. If an ad set stops converting on a Tuesday, its budget is cut that Tuesday, by the person who set it, not at the end of the month. Brand partners get a written summary every week, and spend and conversions are reconciled with them once a month.
Written down before launch
Each partnership starts with a short agreement. At minimum it covers:
- What counts as a result
- The price per result, or the revenue share
- Which products and which countries are in scope
- The test budget and how long the test runs
- How platform-reported conversions are matched against the brand's own sales or CRM records
The first point usually takes longest to agree. A lead might have to pick up the phone when the partner calls back; a sale might have to outlast the return period.
Four operating commitments
Results depend on the product and the market, so this site doesn't publish any. The points below describe how we work instead.
Where the detail is
This page is the short version. The three below go further, down to what a partner agreement covers and how a campaign is checked each day.
Services
Media buying, creative testing, landing pages, reporting and pay-on-results partnerships, one section each.
Approach
The daily routine behind each campaign, and the list of things we refuse to advertise.
Partners
Who we work with, and what happens between a first email and the end of a test budget.
Ad accounts and data access
Most campaigns run in ad accounts that Hipereach owns and has verified with each platform. There, the spend is ours, and so is the responsibility for following TikTok's and Meta's advertising policies.
Some brand partners would rather keep campaigns in their own ad account, usually so that pixel history and invoices stay in one place. The partner's admin then gives us access, either by adding us as a partner in its TikTok Business Center or Meta Business Manager or by approving it on the platform's own authorization page, and picks the ad accounts we may work in. We see nothing outside those accounts.
Inside a partner's account, access is limited to the people working on that partner's campaigns. What they see there is used to run and report on those campaigns and nothing else. None of it is sold or rented, and one partner's figures never appear in another partner's reports.
The Privacy Policy lists what we receive from the platforms and how long we keep it. Removing access and asking for deletion are covered on the data deletion page.
What we can see in a partner account
- Account settings: name, currency, time zone, status
- The campaign tree (campaign, ad group or ad set, ad) and each level's budget, schedule and status
- Creatives, destination links and the outcome of the platform's ad review
- Pixel and event setup, when measurement is part of our job
- Aggregated results such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversions
The results are totals per ad, day and country. They do not tell us who saw or clicked an ad.
How a campaign runs
Our own brands and partner campaigns go through the same four stages, and stopping at the end of a test is a normal outcome. The Approach page describes each stage in full.
Agree the test
We agree the product, the countries, the result that counts, and a test budget with an end date. The product and landing page are checked against TikTok and Meta advertising policies before any creative is made.
Build and launch
The first round puts several creative angles side by side on the test budget. Names follow market_product_angle_date and every link carries UTM parameters, so each result traces back to one ad.
Measure
Pixel and server-side events (TikTok Events API, Meta Conversions API) are checked for deduplication. Platform counts are compared with the brand's own orders or CRM entries, line by line where they differ.
Adjust or stop
An ad group or ad set that spends twice the target cost per result without converting is paused, and creative is replaced when frequency climbs and CTR drops. At the end of the test we scale or stop, and explain the choice in writing.
Who we work with
Apart from our own brands, the work is for companies that sell their own products or services and want customers from TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. Work for one brand can cover several countries at once. Each country still gets its own campaign and its own line in the reports.
What we turn down
- Products that are prohibited or restricted in the country where the ad would run
- Misleading claims, invented testimonials, or prices that turn out different at checkout
- Cloaking, or any landing page other than the one the ad shows
- Landing pages without a clear privacy notice
Every brand, product and landing page is checked against TikTok and Meta policies before we accept the work. If something can't be advertised cleanly, we decline it at that point. Read our advertising standards.
Our own brands
Products Hipereach sells itself, paid for from our own budget and run in our own ad accounts. They follow the rules and the daily review described on this page.
E-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands
Online stores selling physical products. Payment is usually per sale or a share of revenue, and conversions are checked against the store's own order records, not the pixel alone.
Apps and subscriptions
The result is set per product, for example a first payment rather than an install, and checked against the partner's billing records.
Service businesses
Companies that need qualified leads: people who asked to be contacted about a specific service and left details that check out.
What "qualified" means is written into the agreement, together with how disputed leads are handled.

Send us a brief
Tell us what you sell and in which countries. If you know roughly what a new customer is worth to you, include that too, since most of our answer depends on it. We reply within two business days, and if it isn't a fit we say so and why.
